Age Limit: Candidates upper age should be 32 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for ST/ SC/ Women, 10 years for Differently Abled candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess +2 Science/ equivalent Examinations or 10th class for Post 1, +2 with proficiency in Stenography with at least 40 words per minute in typing and 80 words per minute in stenography along with basic knowledge of computer for Post 2, Graduation in any discipline and Degree in Library Science from a recognized institution with computer knowledge for Post 3, MCA/ B.E (CS/ IT)/ B.Tech (CS/ IT) /M.Sc (IT/ CS) for Post 4, Bachelor degree in Physical Education from any recognized University for Post 5, MBBS from a recognized University for Post 6, B.Sc in Nursing from any institute approved by AICTE/ University for Post 7 with relevant experience. Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on skill test & personal interview for Post 1, Written, stenography & computer test and personal interview for Post 2, Personal Interview for Post 3, 6 to 9, 12 to 14, Computer lab test & personal interview for Post 4, 10, Physical test & personal interview for Post 5, Written, computer test and personal interview for Post 11, Practical Test & Personal Interview for Post 15.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.1000/- for General Category (Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST categories) in the shape of Bank Draft from any nationalized bank in favour of Fakir Mohan University Development Fund-II payable at Balasore/ in case of UCO bank draft it should be payable at Nuapadhi.
